We hired Sarah for “day-of” coordination because we simply realized we would not be able to get the reception together on the day of the wedding. We had 300 guests and a bar-tender, caterer, music, hot air balloon, etc to get together while we were taking pictures at the wedding. We hired Sarah and she could not have been nicer about helping us out. She ended up being great because when my new husband and I got to the reception she directed us where we needed to go and got everything coordinated and even had us plates made up for us so we could actually eat on our wedding day. When you’re looking for the best, Regalo Design is the way to go. I had the privilege of competing with Sarah at the Miss America Pageant in September of 2004, and not only can I say that she is one of the funniest and kindest people I know, she has a brilliant gift for planning and creativity. In May of 2005, out of love for her Miss America sisters and her beloved city of Indianapolis, Sarah single-handedly (and voluntarily, I might add!), planned a Miss America reunion and invited all 52 contestants (which included Miss America) to celebrate in the Indianapolis 500 festivities over Memorial Day weekend. Sarah literally rolled out the red carpet!
I honestly had no idea how amazing the whole weekend was going to be. Sarah arranged everything for the 33 State Titleholders who were able to attend from across the United States, and also for our reigning Miss America. Sarah coordinated all travel to Indianapolis and arranged sponsorships to include our hotel rooms, hotel incidentals, two large coach busses for our travel, tickets to the Indianapolis 500, a suite at the Indianapolis 500 and Indy 500 Parade Tickets (she even handled all the details for Miss America to ride in the Parade).
Additionally, for the 33 State Titleholders, she secured sponsorship for a Premiere VIP party with National celebrities, food and beverage for the entire weekend, a large banner with our contestant photos and tickets to the Black & White Ball (which was hosted by the Miss Indiana Organization). Not one to leave out any details, Sarah also arranged for two around-the clock security guards to travel with us AND she arranged for the City of Indianapolis to provide us with Police Escort. Looking back on this once-in-a-lifetime event, it is mind-boggling to think that one person did it all! But that’s Sarah. You are guaranteed royal treatment with her.
